I made dinner at least three times this week! Baked chicken and rice; my own version of quick 'n easy stroganoff; and chicken cordon bleu in a Crescent braid. This is an accomplishment, believe it or not! Not that I'm a horrible cook.. I just don't cook on a regular basis. I'm trying to get back into the routine. :)
